How we use your information

Photos & videos from your event
Photos and videos taken in our booths are delivered to you through prints, a USB drive and an online event gallery with a password option. Online galleries are hosted by our gallery provider and stay available for at least one year.
We may share a few favorite photos on our website and social media to show our work. If you'd prefer we don't share anything from your event, just let us know before or after your event and we'll respect that.
Services we work with
We use trusted third-party services to run our business. They receive only the information needed to do their job and handle it under their own privacy policies:
- CheckCherry — online booking, client portal and payments.
- SmugMug — online event photo galleries.
- Google — email, reviews and the directions link on our Contact page.
- Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp — social media and messaging, if you contact us there.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. Links and embedded content from other services (for example booking, reviews or social media) may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Messages sent through our contact form are stored in our website's database and emailed to us. Event galleries remain online for at least one year. How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including password-protected galleries and reputable, secure service providers. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
